The object of this organization is: To provide Ferris’ ACCA Chapter students with a greater understanding as to how our academics interface with and enhance our experiences, enabling us to grow and flourish by utilizing the wisdom and knowledge of practical experience, both through our own experiences as well as experiences with our industry partners.

Meet local contractors and hear a guest speaker at monthly ACCA West Michigan dinners.
Attend the annual ACCA Conference and Indoor Air Expo:
- Meet and network with ACCA contractors from the United States and other countries.
- Attend learning sessions. Choose from technical, sales or contracting related topics.
- Hear prominent guest speakers.
- Talk to vendors and discover new HVACR products at the Indoor Air Expo.
- Meet HVACR students from other colleges.
Attend the annual ACCA Michigan Summer Convention.
Attend the West Michigan supplier show. Meet local contractors and discover new products.
Opportunities to participate in fundraising and local community service events.
A subscription to the ACCA magazine Contractor Excellence and the Michigan ACCA newsletter.
Purchase ACCA manuals that are required for HVAC 245 and HVAC 331 at a discount.
Attend fun events like bowling, ice fishing, skiing, paintball, intramurals.

Meetings are held every other Thursday at 11 A.M. in Granger 113 or 117. (This normally allows us to alternate weeks with the ASHRAE meeting.) Flyers are usually posted outside the two classrooms and an email reminder is sent before meetings. Use the Contact option at the top of this webpage to subscribe to the email list. There is also a Ferris ACCA Group on Facebook.
Members must pay annual dues as determined by National ACCA.
Non-Members may attend all ACCA meetings but will not have voting privileges.
Members must be enrolled in the College of Technology at Ferris State University.
ACCA funded events will be open to members in good standing only.
